First it was extreme underwater ironing, now the Spring Racing Carnival 4m below? Melbourne's Bay City Scuba Club was at it again at the weekend, trying to set a world record for the first underwater horse race. Divers conducted a series of hobby horse events and even the day's Fashions on the Field attracted several entrants.
