There is also his step-mothers father, Thomas Halker (Married), and a visitor, Thomas Hopton (Unmarried).
It appears Charles mother, Priscilla, died Dec.Qtr.1844 Gloster, and his father, Thomas, remarried Sarah Ann Halker, Dec.Qtr.1847 Gloster.
