      Notes.

Also buried with Ellen Mary Andrew (Morgan) and her daughter, Edith Mary Andrew, at Williamstown is a Jessie Maria Watts.
Jessie was born in 1878 in Williamstown and was a daughter of Robert Shaw Andrew (b.Glasgow Scotland) and Ellen Gunnay (b.Cork Ireland).
She married William Watts in 1916 and died in 1958.
I can find no relationship between Jessie and Clarices family, except they both share the same surname.

Clarice Rose Budd (Andrew) died of Carcinoma of the Jawbone, similar to her father, Thomas Andrew, who died from Carcinoma of the Larynx. Genetic ?

      Until we meet again
      R.I.P.
      Erected by his loving wife

The Singapore Government in its hunger for land, has decided to reclaim the land on which this Cemetery lies, and use it for high rise Apartments.
The 58,000 bodies will be progressively cremated and the ashes scattered at sea. The headstones will be crushed and used as land fill.

      Addendum.

Thomas Andrew appears to have been related to a Taylor Horsfield, who established an Iron Foundry in Bendigo, maybe thru his father, James Andrew.
