Notes.
Emma Sarah Budd may have been named after the two mothers of her parents.
ie: the mother of John Budd and the mother of Hannah Evans.
Two of the six children of Benjamin and Emma, Hannah and Emma, were baptised on the same day (23 Jun.1844).
At the time Benjamin Chappell married Emma Budd (1834), Benjamin gives his occupation as a Spinner and is resident Manchester.
Emma also gives her residence as Manchester.
There is little other information recorded as the marriage preceded Civil Registration (1837).
In the 1841 England Census (taken on night 6 Jun.), Emma Chapel, her husband, Benjamin Chapel and three children are resident at Hallsworth Street, Manchester.
There is also another infant, William Griffis. Relationship Unknown ?

In the 1861 England Census (taken on night 7 Apr.), I could not find the parents, Emma Chappell and Benjamin Chappell.
However an Emma Chappel (daughter ?) is Unmarried and is a Boarder at the residence of William Thornley, at 2 Handal St. Newton, Manchester.
There are two other Boarders.
