Henry states his father is James BUDD and his fathers occupation as a Boiler Maker.
Annie is aged 19 years, and resident at 71 Piercey St.
Annie states her father is George WAIN, and her fathers occupation is an Overlooker.
Both were previously not married.
The two witnesses were Eugene McMAHON and Mary WAIN.
An Eugene McMAHON married 26 Dec.1885, Mary Elizabeth MILLWARD, St.Andrews Church, Ancoats.
In 1883 Henrys parents and his six siblings emigrated to Massachusetts USA, on board the Batavia, arriving Boston, 9 Oct.1883.
A Hy Hurtley Budd departed Liverpool on board the Marathon, arriving Boston, 17 Jan.1883.
He is recorded as aged 21 years, occupation a Tailor, and destination, Fall River, Massachusetts.
No trace can be found of Henrys death, however his father, James Budd, returned to England, arriving Liverpool, 6 Mar.1892, aboard the Etruria from New York.
It is said that James died in England in a Train accident.
A James Budd is buried, 18 Apr.1892, in a public grave in the Philips Park Cemetery, Manchester.
His Death Certificate states the name and surname etc.are unknown, but was corrected by the Coroner at the Inquest to James Budd, aged 54 years, and a Boilermaker.
He was found dead on the Railway, 13 Apr.1892, his body having been cut in two by a Railway Engine or train passing over him, on the Down Slow Line, New Monsall Rd.Bridge, Newton Manchester.
Henrys wife, Annie, is buried with her grandson, Thomas Washbrook, in the Philips Park Cemetery.
