complete list of all vegetables types available. As you can see this
part of the website is still very much under construction. Hopefully
it will eventually list two or three dozen vegetable varieties. |

BROCCOLI
Romanesco |
Best described as a cross between
Broccoli and Cauliflower this versatile vegetable can be cooked a number of
different ways. It is also one of the prettiest vegetables
in the Brassica family, having a head with a
wonderful mosaic pattern.

LETTUCE Cos |
Very hardy
lettuce with tall light green leaves with pointy tips and a pronounced ribbed structure. It combines the crisp texture of an icicle lettuce with the
hardiness of some of the older lettuce varieties such as Oak Leaf.

MUSTARD Black |
Hardy plant
of the Brassica Cabbage family with large dark ruffled leaves and a
very pungent flavor. It's seeds are a spice used in cooking but
the young leaves can also be added to a salad to give it a bit more
tang.

TOMATO Sweetbite |
Cherry tomato that is slightly
larger then the average cherry tomato size. The fruit grow in
cascading clusters of ten to twenty tomatoes of around two to three
centimetres in diameter.
Very sweet tasting and, like all
cherry tomatoes, suitable for growing in pots
